Our hosting provider, GitHub, keeps basic server logs (such as your IP address) to run and protect the service. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Our website host (GitHub), our email provider and WhatsApp (Meta) may process data outside the DIFC, including in the United States.
When you contact us
If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and what you write. We use these only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering you. WhatsApp messages are also handled by Meta under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising. We keep a conversation for as long as we need it to help you, then delete it.

We follow the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020). If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
Changes
When Daypouch memberships open, this notice will be updated to cover them before we collect anything more. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
